Local Treasures one day market is blessed and thrilled to be able to spotlight Donna (Christensen) Bos, a wonderful praiseworthy local treasure. Donna is the author of Lord, I Need a Hug.

Although this book is about Donna's story of surviving the trauma of divorce...something I personally have not experienced. I found myself laughing and crying and relating to many different levels of her story. "Personal tragedy, the indescribable pain it brings and yes that free fall of panic and fear that follows"...I have experienced that. I believe the majority of us have and if not, one day you will.

As Stephen Davey stated, "The title of this book may strike you as a plea for help. It isn't. It simply mouths the first words of a wounded heart on its way to experiencing a resurrection of hope"...I have experienced this too.
